Filming for Coração de Mãe, TVI’s upcoming drama series, is progressing at a steady pace and is also marking a significant milestone for fiction production within the Media Capital Group.
One of the series’ sets was designed and built in EMAV’s new virtual studio, bringing cutting-edge technology to the service of creativity and storytelling. The set, which recreates a rooftop, combines physical set design with a state-of-the-art LED system, making it possible to create immersive, dynamic environments that can be adjusted in real time.
This technology allows different atmospheres, times of day and landscapes to be recreated with a high degree of realism, reducing the need for location shoots and the construction of traditional sets in their entirety.
This new production model has been made possible through the collaborative work of the directing, cinematography, set design, lighting and technical operations teams, whose close coordination ensures seamless integration between physical elements and digital environments. The result is a more flexible and efficient production that meets high visual standards.
